A: For Australia & New Zealand: 5–14 business days. These are estimates. Occasional delays may happen with courier services.

A: For everyday messes, simply wipe with a damp cloth or vacuum loose dirt. For a deeper clean, remove the internal plates and either hand wash or use a gentle machine cycle. Avoid harsh detergents or tumble drying. Instead, let it air dry naturally outdoors to keep the materials in top condition.

A: Yes. It includes adjustable straps, zippered panels, and anchoring systems so it works in SUVs, sedans, UTEs, trucks, or crossovers.

Setting up your TailMate Car Seat Protector is quick and easy. It takes less than 2 minutes and requires no tools.

Step 1 — Unfold & Position:

Unfold the Car Seat Protector and lay it across your back seat with the non-slip side facing down.

Make sure the rigid base panels are evenly placed across the seat.

Step 2 — Secure the Headrest Straps:

Attach the adjustable straps around your front and rear headrests.

Tighten them until the cover sits snug and level. This keeps it stable and prevents sliding.

Step 3 — Insert the Seat Anchors:

Push the seat anchors (the firm inserts) into the space between the seat back and bottom cushion.

This locks the cover firmly in place, even when your dog moves around.

Step 4 — Zip, Adjust & Lock:

If you have split seats or need to access a seatbelt, unzip the divider section for flexibility.

Attach the side flaps with the safety clips or zippers to fully enclose and protect your seats.

Step 5 — Ready to Ride:

Once secure, clip your dog’s harness to the seat belt attachment for added safety.

For larger or heavier dogs, double-check that all straps are tightened.

To remove for cleaning, unclip the straps and pull the anchors out. Folds easily for storage.
